Terms & Conditions

Before completing registration, please check all boxes to confirm:

All students listed are currently enrolled students of our school and will remain enrolled up to and including the tournament day.

I have obtained parental/guardian consent for all participating students.

I am authorized by the school owner/management to register our school, and they are aware of this registration.

All information provided (school, contacts, participants) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

I confirm that a coach or designated staff member will be present with the students at all times during the tournament. While coaches may be affiliated with multiple schools, the school remains responsible for ensuring that students are adequately supervised and not left unattended at any point.

I consent to ChessMasters photographing and recording participants for promotional, marketing, and educational use.

I agree to follow the tournament rules and guidelines provided before the event.

I agree to make a non-refundable payment of ₦20,000 to complete the registration.
